Job Summary:

The SaaS Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of customer-facing implementation and integration projects, from initial requirements through go-live.This is a hands-on role: the Project Manager coordinates directly between customers, engineering, and internal teams (Customer Success, Product, QA) to keep projects moving, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery stays on scope, schedule, and budget.

Your Role

The Project Manager owns customer onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end. The role coordinates between customers, engineering, Client Success Analysts, and the Product Owner to ensure projects move forward smoothly and finish successfully. The successful candidate is decisive, solution-oriented, and comfortable diving into functional analysis — someone who holds a project together across every team it touches, rather than simply relaying requirements between teams or reporting status from a distance.

What You'll Do

The Project Manager manages end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, keeping each on scope, schedule, and budget. The role runs workshops directly with customers, clarifies ambiguous requirements, and aligns expectations before work begins, then translates customer needs into functional specifications that engineering can act on without back-and-forth. Throughout delivery, the Project Manager works closely with Client Success Analysts, engineering, the Product Owner, and the R&D Manager to keep every project moving, and stays on top of timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication — surfacing problems early, with a proposed path forward rather than just a status update. Before anything reaches the customer, the role supports testing and validates solutions so that what ships is what was actually agreed to. Throughout, the Project Manager drives progress, removes blockers, and proactively solves issues rather than waiting for someone else to escalate them.
