You'llbe joining a team that builds and owns features across the full stack of MobiControl — SOTI's flagship Enterprise Mobility Management platform — using C# .NET on the backend and TypeScript/Angular on the frontend.We'rea collaborative, agile team withhigh standardsfor code quality, a strong automated testing culture, anda track recordof shipping AI-assisted tooling into our own developer workflows. Develop innovative solutions to tackle big industry problems
Write well designed, scalable, reliable,testableand reusable code by using best software development practices, cleancodeand solid principles
Providetechnical guidance on the research and development of new products and services
Contribute towards the entire development life cycle of analysis, design,implementationand test
Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects
Automation, including writing unit and integration tests
Optimizeand apply best practices
Maintainhigh standardsof quality for code, technical documentation, and deliverables
Collaborate on projects with an all-star teamcomprisedof varying skill sets through code reviews and design discussions
Participatein brainstorming and idea generation activities
Stayup-to-datewith advanced technologiesin order tobe able to provide the best solutions for new projects
ExperienceYou’llBring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor any STEM-related program
1-4 years of professional software development experience
Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP,and Database concepts
Knowledgeable inone or more programming languages such as:C#, Java, Kotlin,JavaScript/TypeScript, C/C++, Python, Swift
Good communicationand problem-solving skills
Pride in ownership and passion for innovation
