Summary
The property management teamis responsible formanaging over 4,000 properties across Canada and the US.This is an opportunity to join our team as aBilingualSenior Property Manager.The Senior Property Manageris responsibleformanaging a team ofProperty Mangers as well as an assigned region of the property management portfolio.Reporting to the Director of Real Estate & Property Management, this role works closely with the Operations team, Asset Management,Lease Administration,Accounts Receivable, Development, Finance and Accounting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage&supporta team of property Managers within anassignedregionto ensure that allProperty Managementmatters are dealt with Professionally and effectively.
Liaise with landlords andfranchisee on matters such asyear-endreconciliations,Property maintenance, lease interpretation, sitedisputesand escalations.
Ensure theintegrity of thelease data within the system including the monthly payment of rent, budgeted CAM, taxes,year-end reconciliations, and otherah-hocbillings.
Responsible forthereconciliation of accounts, Year-end Adjustments, SOAs & monthly rent, CAM,taxesand property management escalations.
Assistin the delivery of property tax reviews, Leaseaudits& processimprovement.
Prepares correspondence relating to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs, Site Issues, etc.
Oversee our Non-Restaurant Property portfolio andestablishmaintenance schedules and day-to-day management.
Manage ourbad debtand collection activities as well as tenant arrears
Responsible forreporting&ensuringallmonth end & Quarterly tasks are captured effectively.

Required Skills:
Bilingual French and Englishrequired
5+ years of experience in property management,propertyaccounting, revenueaccountingorLease administration with strong financial competencies and/or legal experience in retail/commercial real estate
Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences on sometimes complicated or delicate issues
Well-organized with the ability to manage various competing priorities
Ability toManage &work in teams,particularlycross-functional ones
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deal with uncertaintyBeing nimble and a good problem solver: able to deal with problems where a precedent solutionisn'treadily available

Advanced Project Management Skills
Base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
