RBI is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join the Marketing Team. This role is responsible for delivering analytical insights that support national marketing strategies and drive business performance. The Manager will analyze sales, profitability, product mix, pricing, consumer, and digital marketing data to identify opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness and business results. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations, leverage AI-enabled analytics tools, and communicate insights that accelerate strategic decision making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze sales, traffic, profitability, product mix, pricing, consumer, digital, and operational data to identify business drivers, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate promotional performance across topline sales, product mix, guest segmentation, media effectiveness, and geographic performance using internal and third-party data sources.
  • Identify root causes of business performance changes and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital, and cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytical tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar large language models, to accelerate analysis, summarize findings, identify patterns, and improve decision support while ensuring analytical rigor and business accuracy.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve recurring marketing reports, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards using business intelligence tools.
  • Design interactive dashboards that enable stakeholders to self-serve key marketing and business performance metrics.
  • Generate product volume forecasts for core menu items and limited-time offers to support marketing and operational planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and proactively communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve efficiency through AI-assisted workflows and dashboard enhancements.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate market tests, pricing analyses, consumer research, and media effectiveness studies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing investments through detailed financial and operational analysis.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into compelling business stories and executive recommendations.
  • Support measurement frameworks for incremental traffic, guest acquisition, retention, and return on marketing investment.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, consulting, finance, consumer insights, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience using quantitative analysis, forecasting, experimentation, and insights to inform marketing strategy and business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing sales, profitability, pricing, consumer, marketing, and operational performance.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience developing executive dashboards, automated reporting, and decision-ready presentations.
  • Experience with SQL and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, regression modeling, forecasting, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Technology.

Extra Ingredients That Sets You Apart:

  • Experience measuring digital marketing performance across paid media, CRM, loyalty, mobile app, and ecommerce channels.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure, or AWS is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is an asset.
  • Experience applying marketing mix modeling, attribution, customer segmentation, or predictive analytics is an asset.
