Summary
The property management team is responsible for maintaining RBI's North American properties. The Property Manageris responsible forall property management-relatedconcernswithin their specific region.Responsibilities include thereview and Reconciliation of accounts, SOAs & validatingtheintegrity of the data within the designed software system, accurate and timely reporting,administration of monthly rent, CAM,Taxes andpropertymanagementescalations. Reporting to theSenior Property Manager, this role works closely with the Operations team, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Development, Finance and Accounting.
This position is open to candidates based in either Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the assignedregionto ensure that all lease data is maintained and updated in accordance with RBI internal quality standards.
Liaise with landlords andfranchiseeson matters such asyear-endreconciliations,Property maintenance, lease interpretation, site disputes and escalations.
Ensure theintegrity of thelease data within the system including the monthly payment of rent, budgeted CAM, taxes,year-end reconciliations, and otherah-hocbillings.
Assist in the delivery of property tax reviews, Lease audits & process improvement.
Prepares correspondence relating to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs, Site Issues, etc.
Oversee our Non-Restaurant Property portfolio and establish maintenance schedules and day-to-day management.
Manage our bad debt and collection activities as well as tenant arrears

Required Skills:
Bilingual French and English required
5+ years of experience in property management,propertyaccountingorLease administration with strong financial competencies and/or legal experience in retail/commercial real estate
Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences on sometimes complicated or delicate issues
Well-organized with the ability to manage various competing priorities
Ability to work in teams,particularlycross-functional ones

For Candidates based in Toronto, the expected base salary range is$75,000 – $90,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.

RBI applique une politique de travail en présentiel cinq (5) jours par semaine afin de favoriser la collaboration. La personne retenue devra donc travailler au bureau cinq (5) jours par semaine.
