What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other daily transactions.
- Help members understand products and services that can support their financial goals.
- Deliver a friendly, accurate, and efficient member experience.
What You Have:
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
- Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English considered an asset.
