Join our Evangeline branch as a Member Service Representative and gain valuable banking experience while working for one of Canada's Top 100 Employers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and wants to develop new skills in the financial industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other daily transactions.
  • Help members understand products and services that can support their financial goals.
  • Deliver a friendly, accurate, and efficient member experience.


What You Have:

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds.


Skills and Abilities

  • Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English considered an asset.
