As a Software Engineering Co-op,you’llgain hands-on experience developing applications and systems that support business and customer solutions.You’llwork with modern development tools and frameworks to build scalable, high-quality software while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. We offer multiple roles within this program, providing support from our diverse, passionate, and talented technology teams.You'llreceive guidance from skilled technical leaders who value your teamwork and coordination abilities, and gain exposure to industry-leading, enterprise technologies.

We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in ourWaterloo, Ontario, Canadaoffice for a4-month co-op, running fromJanuary 5th– April 22nd, 2027.This is a hybrid position, where you are expected to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Position Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a team of engineers focused on building scalable, reliable applications

• Support application development, testing, and debugging efforts

• Assistin feature development and system enhancements

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to build user-focused solutions

• Participate in code reviews andmaintaincode quality standards

• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing application maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket)

• Strong communicationskills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to software frameworks, libraries, or development tools

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, or application architecture

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions,geographyand relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term
