The Analyst, Health System Innovation plays a central role in advancing GreenShield’s strategic ambition as Canada’s leading payor-provider health organization.
The Health System Innovation (HSI) team works to establish GreenShield as a trusted partner to the public system, advancing value-aligned public-private solutions that strengthen system capacity and ensure Canadians can access timely, integrated care in person and virtually.
Within this structure, reporting to the Manager, Health Systems, the Analyst, Health System Innovation supports alignment of our strategy with the broader health ecosystem - government, health authorities, hospitals, local stakeholders—through structured planning, content development, and coordinated sector engagement.
