BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (HYBRID)

The Business Intelligence Analyst enables data‑driven decision‑making by delivering high‑quality, actionable insights aligned to organizational priorities. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role ensures analytics solutions are scalable, accurate, and governed by enterprise data standards. Through proactive performance monitoring and analysis, the Analyst supports strategic and operational improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and metrics aligned with strategic and operational goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and partner with data and analytics teams to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency by adhering to enterprise data standards and architecture.
