A Day in the Life
Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and labor targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Lead project kickoff, handoff, and closeout meetings
Coordinate with Safety, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure safe project execution
Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions
Develop schedules of values and manage change orders
Utilize internal systems, including PIL and PFP
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturers and suppliers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts
Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is considered an asset
Valid G driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
