Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to join our Mississauga branch. This opportunity is ideal for a project management professional with commercial roofing experience who is looking to grow their career with Canada's leading building envelope contractor.

A Day in the Life
- Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and labor targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead project kickoff, handoff, and closeout meetings
- Coordinate with Safety, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure safe project execution
- Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions
- Develop schedules of values and manage change orders
- Utilize internal systems, including PIL and PFP
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturers and suppliers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is considered an asset
- Valid G driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
