Join our dynamic team at Kwantlen Polytechnic  University, Surrey, Canada as a Team Member at Tim Hortons! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our collaborative work environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
