WHAT'S THE ROLE

Behind every successful finance and operations function is a strong systems foundation that keeps information flowing, processes running and decisions moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Senior Financial Systems Administrator serves as the primary administrator and business partner for Dexterra's core financial systems, including #NetSuite, #OneStream and related applications. Working closely with Finance, Operations and other business stakeholders, you'll help ensure these critical platforms remain stable, reliable and aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.

From user support and system administration to process improvement and application enhancements, you'll play a key role in helping teams across the business get the most value from the technology they rely on every day.

• Administer and support NetSuite, OneStream and other core financial applications used across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted systems partner to Finance and Operations teams, providing user support, troubleshooting and guidance.
• Manage system configurations, security access, testing, upgrades and ongoing application performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes and implement system enhancements.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational planning through effective application management.
• Maintain system documentation, controls and governance requirements.
• Participate in financial systems projects, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage automation and AI.

Qualifications

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise business applications.
• Proven experience with NetSuite and strong knowledge of ERP administration, configuration and user support.
• Experience with OneStream or similar financial planning, consolidation or performance management platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders, gather requirements and deliver practical system solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, integrations or financial data management is considered an asset.
• Exposure to automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related field.
