What's the Role?
As a Senior Estimator, you'll help Dexterra grow its Facility Services business by developing accurate pricing strategies and cost models for janitorial, custodial, and integrated facility services opportunities across Canada.
This is a commercial estimation and pricing role that combines operational knowledge, financial modelling, business analysis, and proposal support.
What you'll do
Estimating accuracy is essential to our success — and the Sr. Estimator directly supports our ability to win new business, mitigate financial risk, and deliver strong results for our clients and partners.
Working as part of our Business Development Enablement team, you'll partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to turn service delivery requirements into competitive, financially sound proposals that support both growth and profitability.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a highly analytical professional who can combine strong financial and data skills with an understanding of operational service delivery.
You may come from facilities management, janitorial services, commercial pricing, estimating, finance, accounting, business analysis, or another environment where operational and financial decisions intersect.
