CIBCGlobalAsset Management is among the largestassetmanagers in Canada with over$200 billionin assets under management. CIBC Asset Management offers and supports a variety of investment products to meet the needs of investors in the Institutional, Mass, Mid and High Net Worth market segments.

The successful candidate willbuildand lead the execution ofdata-informedproduct marketing strategiesforCIBCGlobalAsset Management’sinvestmentproducts,specifically exchange traded funds (ETFs).Reporting to the Director,ETFMarketing, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing willbe a critical partner across theentire business, working closely with Product,Global Distribution,and the rest of theWealthMarketing teamto bring the right value proposition, positioning, messaging,andchannel strategiesto life.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000.

The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

HowYou’llSucceed

  • Product positioning and messaging.With a strong understanding of the investment industry,you willwork closelywith theETFproduct team tocombinecomplex product informationwith expert storytelling tocraft compellingpositioning and messaging of ourETF productsin the market. 

  • Product marketing go-to-market. Lead the creation, development, and execution ofETFproduct marketing projects, including fund launches, product management changes,and opportunistic salescampaigns. 

  • Campaign development and execution.Integrate business goals and projectobjectivestolead anddevelopcompellingmarketing campaigns across owned and paid media, working with internal and external agenciesand media partners. 

  • Relationship and stakeholder management.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the businessobjectivesandidentifymarketing opportunities based on insights, marketresearchand other relevant data.You will build andmaintainstrong relationships at all levels of the organization. 

  • Measureimpact.Establish measures of success formarketing campaignsand share progress, insights, and recommendationsforoptimizingresultswith other teammembersand leaders across the organization.

Who You Are

  • You have a degreespecialization in Marketing, Business or Commerce(CFA, CIM, CSCconsidered an asset).

  • You candemonstrate5+years ofindustry-relatedmarketingexperienceand haveaproventrack recordof marketingofinvestment products(mutual funds, ETFs,managed solutions),and a deep working knowledge ofasset classesanddistributionchannels.You have experienceworking with media, including advertising,sponsored contentand PRand have working knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Seismic,Adobeand Microsoft Office.
