The Digital Product Delivery – Product Development Team is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Application Developer – Oracle Fusion (EPM) to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. Reporting to the Manager, Product Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions by optimizing system functionality and related financial business processes, including planning, consolidation, and reporting.
The Senior Application Developer will respond to production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to ensure system stability and performance. The role will interface with key stakeholders across Finance and IT and apply technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (such as EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS), along with integration and automation capabilities using tools and platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data management solutions (FDMEE/ODI),Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader), and FBDI (File Based Data Import),APIs, and scripting frameworks.
