The idealDental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.This person must have taken the Dental Reception course.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and most likely Fridays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Must have a great attitude
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
