The ideal Dental Admin for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

• Full-time position status
• State-of-the-art technologies/equipment

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Thursday - Flexible Rotation Schedule 
• 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years experience in Treatment Co-ordination and planning is needed
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker  is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
