The team at Bloor Dental Clinic located in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Level II Certified Dental Assistant on a  basis. 

The ideal Level II Certified Dental Assistant for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE:

• 20+ hours per week

The specific days and hours for this position are currently being determined and will be discussed with candidates during the hiring process. Flexibility in availability is an asset

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of Registered Dental Assisting Level II  
• Registered with the:
  • Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• 2+ year of experience is required
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
