Administrative Team Lead

The team at Appletree Dental for kids located in North York, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Administrative Team Lead on a full-time basis. 

The ideal for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday (Potential for some Saturdays)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• No experience necessary!
• 1 year of experience is considered an asset as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant 
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Strong Attention to detail 
• Good Organization and time-management skills 
• comfortable learning new software and systems
