The Senior Officer, Learning & Impact leads implementation and adaptation of the First Response Fund’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy, including data collection, analysis, impact measurement, partner learning, and donor reporting. The role manages evaluative activities and external learning partnerships, communicates findings through reports and presentations, and strengthens partner MEL capacity while coordinating closely with the Equality Fund’s Learning & Impact team.
