The Senior Brokerage Operations Associate will build and operate scalable, auditable Canadian brokerage workflows for launch readiness and ongoing production, spanning accounts, trades, custody, settlement, registered accounts, taxes, reconciliations, and operational controls. The role partners with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate Canadian regulatory and market requirements into automated processes, runbooks, and systems that can be maintained by the wider team.
