Méthodes appliquées de résolution de problèmes visant à soutenir la prise de décisions opérationnelles et le contrôle des systèmes de production. Stratégie opérationnelle; méthodes de prévision, planification intégrée, planification des ressources d'entreprise et planification des besoins en matières, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des inventaires, souplesse et économie des opérations, gestion de la qualité. Enjeux de développement durable relatifs aux opérations et intégration des nouvelles technologies dans la gestion des opérations.

Requirements:

Doit détenir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine du cours et démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente directement reliée au cours. Doit aussi avoir de l'expérience en enseignement spécialement au niveau d’un programme de MBA et préférablement dans le domaine de la gestion des opérations.
