Job Description

You will play an important role in enabling the store to achieve its sales and customer experience objectives.

Reporting to the store manager, the selected individual:

• Leads the entire back-store warehouse (shipping and handling, dispatch, parts handling, delivery management, etc.)
• Coordinates the operations of the shipping/receiving department, material handlers, and delivery personnel
• Ensures that the shipping and receiving of products are done efficiently and that merchandise is handled properly
• Processes customer returns and issues the corresponding credit notes.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year as a team leader (asset)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and delivery management software.
