Expected Salary Range: $65941 - $82426 Annually
Target Variable Performance Pay: 6%
The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.
The Customer Energy Management & Partnerships Analyst is responsible for analysis and research to support the Customer Energy Management & Partnerships team, including: analysis of customer behavior; evaluation of internal utility processes; development of information, tools and templates to support departmental objectives and customer outreach; contribute to the design of programs and service offerings; understand current and emerging technologies and policies. The incumbent is responsible for performing a broad range of tasks in support of departmental systems, processes and programs through the development and maintenance of databases, the generation of innovative reports, data gathering, analysis and variance or trend identification. Collaborates in multidisciplinary teams with internal business units such as Key Accounts, Connections, Engineering, Metering, Customer Care, and Energy Policy to segment and understand customer goals and needs related to climate action. Additionally, the role provides project coordination and general support to leaders in day to day business focused initiatives. Remains abreast of general marketplace, the technical aspects of climate action, emerging technologies and business models, and data analysis best practices.

This position is based in a hybrid environment allowing for remote work two days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite Tuesday to Thursday. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
