As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Welcome guests and support them throughout their shopping experience.
• Use your product knowledge and eye for design to help guests choose pieces they will love.
• Build strong guest relationships that turn into lasting connections.
• Create a seamless experience from purchase through delivery.
• Pursue your sales goals with energy and drive, supported by coaching from your leader.

What you bring:

• A passion for home décor and design, and a desire to help guests create spaces for life’s most meaningful shared moments.
• A high school diploma.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A well-organized, solution-oriented approach.
• Drive to succeed and reach your goals.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn in-house computer programs.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
