JOB DESCRIPTION
As an intern/co-op on our team,you'llplay ahands-onrole in bringing our colleague experience to life.You'llcontribute to high-impact projects across change management, communications, events, andcolleagueengagement programs, helpingus support leaders, connect colleagues to our TDWayand foster a strong and inclusive culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple disciplines, gain exposure to strategic work, and build your professional network.
What You'll Do
Change Management:Support the development of tools,templatesand resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization.
Communications:Help draft internal messaging, develop content fornewslettersand support communications campaigns.
Events:Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities.
Colleague Experience:Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth.
Conduct research, gatherinsightsand prepare presentations to support team initiatives.

Currentlyenrolled inanundergraduate degreein Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data,Business/Commerceor relatedfield
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school atthe start of your work term(requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
A passion for storytelling, employeeengagementand organizational culture.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution, program managementanasset

This position is a 4-month work term and willcommence Jan 2027
