Job Description:
Primary Purpose of the Role
Lead, develop and oversee the Reporting & Insights function for FCI Operational Excellence, providing advanced reporting,analyticsand business intelligenceexpertiseto enable data-driven decision-making. The role transformscomplexoperational data into accurate, timely and decision-ready reportingvia PowerBI;applies advanced analytical techniques, forecasting, visualization and insight generation;establishes governance and controls for management information; and provides workforce planning, trend analysis and strategic insights to support operational performance, risk management, regulatory obligations and business planning.
Provide strategic and day-to-day direction across Reporting Operations, Governance, CapacityPlanningand Insights. Serve as the primary escalation point for significant reporting, data-quality or control matters and partner with senior leaders to set priorities, strengthen reporting integrity and advance automation, data management, advance analytics,visualizationand scalable business intelligencecapability.
Key Accountabilities
Customer
Lead a team that delivers recurring dashboards, scorecards, executive packages, operational inventoryreportingand ad hoc analysisin accordance withdefined calendars and approval requirements.
Establish clear reporting standards, data-validation controls, management review, backup coverage, evidenceretentionand escalation protocols to support reliable and auditable outputs.
Translate complex performance, capacity and risk information into concise executive commentary, trends, root causes,outlookand practical recommendations.
Own intake and prioritization for reporting changes,defectsand enhancements; balance critical production commitments with automation,rationalizationand longer-term capability development.
Partner with FCI, FCRM, Technology, Data, Business Intelligence, Finance and Workforce Management to improve data pipelines,reportinginfrastructure, metricconsistencyand stakeholder outcomes.
Lead capacity and scenario planning using forecast workload, productive capacity, productivity, attrition, learning-curveand inventory assumptions;identifygaps and recommend resource actions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, communicate analytical limitations transparently and resolve or escalate competing priorities, dataconcernsand service risks.
Shareholder
Protect the integrity and credibility of management reporting by governing metric definitions, ownership, lineage, calculation logic, thresholds, certification, changecontroland retirement.
Identifyand manage reporting, data, operational and regulatory risks; promptly escalate non-standard or high-risk issues and ensure action owners;interim controls, due dates and closure evidence are documented.
Ensure the functionoperatesin compliance with applicable internal policies, enterprise data and control requirements, record-retention standards, audit expectations,and regulatory obligations.
Lead remediation and sustainable process improvement arising from audits, regulatory reviews, control testing, data assessments,and management review.
Advance automation, standardization,and reporting rationalization to improve efficiency,resilienceand decision value without weakening control effectiveness.
Provide reporting and documentation for senior management, governance committees,Auditand regulators; review and approve material outputs within delegated authority.
Contribute to operating plans, strategicroadmapsand resource decisions, aligning team capacity to the highest-value business and control priorities whilemonitoringemerging trends and technology developments.

Accountable for the quality, timeliness,andsustainability of the function’s outputs and forappropriate escalationto senior leadership.
Experience & Education
Undergraduate degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, computerscienceor related discipline.
Advanced degreepreferred, professional accreditation and/or 10+ years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce planning, operational excellence, governance, riskmanagementor related field.
Demonstrated experience leading people and delivering through managers, specialists or cross-functional teams in a complex, regulated environment.
Advanced knowledge of management reporting,executive communication,reporting controls,audit evidence practices,data analysis, forecasting,andvisualization.
Strong ability to convert complex information into concise, fact-based conclusions,risksand recommendations; exercise judgement in ambiguity; challenge constructively; and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple critical deliverables with fixed reporting cycles and interdependent data sources.
Financial services, FCRM/AML, compliance,or operations experiencearerequired. Advanced hands-onproficiencywith Power BI and Excel isrequired, including dashboard development, datamodellingand reporting automation; and the ability to work directly with SQL and databases,Power Query or Python.
Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
