TheCanadianCard Payments, Loyalty & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) departmentis a dynamicteamresponsible for strategy, product development, customer lifecycle management and the financial performance of all Canadian credit card and personal lending products. 

We consistently innovate our Canadian credit cards with industry-leading digital capabilities: TD Consumer and Business credit cards are found in walletsacrossCanada,thanks to the ease and convenience our products offer.We alsoleverageour retail distribution network, direct responsechannelsand key co-brand partnerships (including Aeroplan and Amazon) to deliver unexpectedly humanperksforour valued customers.

About The Program 

The CanadianCard Payments, Loyaltyand Personal Lending Associate Program is an immersive 24-month program designed to help you step into our world ofCanadian Credit Cards andpersonal lending products through challenging projects and assignments alongside experienced colleagues at the top of their game.The goal of the program is to help you develop strong analytical skills todeterminethe business impact of our product offerings and understand how it all relates back to our customers.

Ifyou'recustomer-focused,business-savvyand haveaknack forproduct appeal, wewant youto be part of our leadership rotational program. 

In this programyou’llrotate* acrossCanadian Credit Cards and Personal Lending businessunitsevery six months: 

  • Product Management

  • Project Delivery & Execution

  • Loyalty & Partnerships

  • Credit Risk &Loss Mitigation

  • Use yourstrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each rotationyou'reassigned

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with colleagues across the Canadian Credit Card Businesses in addition to various support partners

Experience Growth:

  • Participate in unique development opportunities, such as learning sessions with principal Credit Card partners

  • Spend time with executive leadership for mentorship and presentations

  • Get regular access to personal brand development sessions

Cultivate Our Culture of Care:

  • Act as a Canadian Credit Cards,Loyaltyand Personal Lending Associate Program ambassador by supporting future cohorts

  • Participate in internal committees to drive positive change as well as community events to make an impact on our greater customer and colleague community
