Job Description:

Help build the next generation ofAI-poweredsolutions across Procurement, Human Resources, and Legal technology platforms.

You'lldesign, develop, and deploy modern applications, intelligent automations, AI agents, and digital products that transform how our businessoperates. Working across Python, React, Angular, REST APIs, cloud services, and Generative AI technologies,you'llcreate scalable solutions that drive productivity, streamline processes, and unlock business value.

This role combines full-stack software engineering withcutting-edgeAI innovation.You'llleverageLarge Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, custom copilots, intelligent workflows, and modern development practices to solve complex business problems and deliver impactful user experiences.

JOBDESCRIPTION

CUSTOMER

  • Work with stakeholders, internal technology partners to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, requirements, performance, time-to-marketand innovation goals

  • Monitor product lifecycles, ensuring specifications and functionality support businessobjectivesand engineering decisions, undertaking re-development whererequired

  • Document and verify system components, applications, system infrastructure, security, integration,operabilityand engineering related architecture designs associated with a program or project

  • Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements

  • Develop as-built program activities toestablishthe level of detail needed using configuration management processes

  • Create andmaintainquality code, ensure defect free programming consistent with standards; provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles

  • Provide technicalexpertiseduring Incident management, analyze incident reports and outages, perform impact assessment forincidentsandfacilitateinternal and external communication throughout incident resolution

  • Participate inidentifyingand recommending development / testing solutions / tools in support of project / application objectives

  • Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, relatedtoolsand techniques

  • Keep others informed andup-to-dateabout the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities

  • Contribute to the success of the team by willinglyassistingothers in the completion and performance of work activities;providetraining, coaching and/or guidance asappropriate.

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Intermediate knowledge of software engineering, AI technologies, prompt engineering,automationframeworksandapp development(Python, React, Angular, REST API, Azure + more)

  • Demonstrates curiosity and aninnovationmindset witha strong desireto learn emerging technologies and AI capabilities.

  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches while balancing innovation, risk management, and deliveryobjectives.

  • Works under guidance on moderately complex technical initiatives while continuously buildingexpertisein AI, software engineering, and business domains.
