Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement integration solutions to connect multiple software applications.

• Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.

• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to understand integration requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure continuous operation.

• Optimize and enhance current integration processes for improved efficiency.

• Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

• Perform regular assessments and maintenance on existing integrations to ensure their performance and reliability.

• Assist in the planning and execution of data migration projects.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding integration tools and functionalities.

• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in integration solutions.

• Work with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party applications.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide informed recommendations for technology solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in application integration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Infrastructure management and data center migration projects

• Strong understanding of Servers, networking, storage, clusters, applications and databases, including experience in relevant technologies

• Experience with middleware tools and Cloud technologies

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripts.

• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.

• Prior experience in data transformation and data center migration

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven experience as an Application Integrator or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

• Ability to adapt to changing technology and business environments.
