MinimumRequirements:
5 years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, ideally at a senior consultant or advisor level
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Proventrack recordof designing and executing high-quality qualitative and quantitative research projects
Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics XM, and managing top-tier research partners
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actional business recommendations and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and deliver high-quality research that shapes our brand, marketing, and innovation strategies
Leadboth qualitative and quantitativeresearch projects — fromidentifyingthe business question to translating findings into strategic recommendations
Partner withworld-class research agenciesto gainexposure tocutting-edgethinking and learning
Stay on top ofemerging industry trends, tools, and methodologies, selecting the most effective research solutions for each challenge
Turn complex data into compelling, actionable stories that leaders act on
Monitor market, cultural, and competitive shifts to uncover opportunities ahead of the curve
Location and other Key details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office,locatedin the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Fridaywith occasional overtime based on business needs
