What will you do?
The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Siemens' EHS programs and initiatives. Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and employees, this role helps ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements while fostering a strong culture of safety across operations. This role will work closely with our EHS Lead.
**Role Profile: This role is best suited for a strong intermediate-level EHS professional with experience managing EHS programs, audits, and compliance initiatives. Individuals seeking a people leadership, senior management, or director-level position may find the scope of this role more focused on execution and operational support.

Incident Management & Risk Prevention
Training & Employee Support
Location: This is a hybrid role (on-site/off-site). Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of either the Siemens Edmonton or Calgary office and be able to attend the office as required for business meetings, training, collaboration, or other operational needs including client sites.
