The U.S. Learning Advisory role plays a critical part in managing learning support for U.S. Global Banking and Markets (GBM) and Corporate Functions business groups across the U.S. region.
Global Banking and Markets (GBM) is a leading Canadian Capital Markets and Investment Banking business with a growing platform in the US and Latin America, operating globally for over 100 years. Global Banking & Markets provides a full range of investment banking, credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients. This role contributes to the creation and implementation of learning plans and solutions for all business lines within the U.S. region, ensuring alignment to business strategy and global learning standards and practices. This role works closely with business program owners, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, Learning COE, and Learning Solutions to implement innovative learning experiences and solutions that meet the development needs of the business.
