Position Purpose summary:
Permanent Full Time, Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday & Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Averaging agreement.
Residential Worker B provides a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors
Accountabilities:

CHARACTERISTIC JOB DUTIES:
The incumbent is responsible for the following range of job duties, typical of the job class:
regular client/resident status checks and room searches as required
clients/residents in establishing goals, monitoring progress, and prepares discharge plan
books) related to clients/residents and initiates any new documentation
residents in the community when necessary and monitors behavior
NOTE: Not all incumbents perform all of the duties described above but perform a similar range of duties.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $23.12 to $23.48 with a maximum of $23.83.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
