UnspecifiedWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a major capability development program for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). This program will equip the CAF with cutting-edge technology that can counter a wide range of modern threats across diverse operational environments.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Technicians and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) while establishing a new production program and associated work areas. This includes defining and implementing work instructions, processes, and workflows to ensure operational excellence. You will oversee repair, assembly, integration, and testing activities for military systems, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.
