Job Description

12-month cotract

Join Reitmans and help shape how our customers experience the brand online.

As our eCommerce Lead, you’ll bring our collections, campaigns and stories to life across our digital storefront — creating an experience that feels fresh, inspiring and easy to shop.

What you’ll do:

• Bring new collections, campaigns and promotions to life online.
• Keep the site fresh, engaging and on-brand.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative on key launches.
• Use insights and performance to improve the customer journey.
• Spot trends and opportunities to drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• 3+ years of eCommerce or digital retail experience.
• A strong fashion and customer mindset.
• A great eye for product and digital storytelling.
• Organized, collaborative and comfortable moving at retail speed.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate and create content for customers across Canada.
• Fashion or lifestyle retail experience is a plus.
