Project Ownership

Mentorship & Development
Throughout your internship,you’llbe assigned abud dy who’sbeen in your shoesas anMBA, get regular coaching and feedback from your projectleader, and have opportunities for networking through leadership lunch & learns and social events.
Final Presentation
To wrap up your internship,you’llpresent yourprojectfindings and recommendations tothe head of your department andBrand President—showcasingthe strategy, results, and business impact of your work.

Our idealinterns:
Are1styear studentsenrolled in aMaster’s of Business Administration(MBA)program with a graduation datebetweenDec 2026–June2027
Haveat least4years of prior related work experience – in areas suchas consulting, entrepreneurship, banking,CPG, retail or hospitality
Have prior people management experience – including having at least 1 direct report or directly led a group,teamor project
Possess solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily
Are passionate aboutgrowth,ownership, and theQSR industry
Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
Pride themselves on being excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
Salary & In-Office Schedule
Base salary for this position is $3,500/weekly CAD.This position is also eligible for a weekly housing stipend.
Thisposting is for a position that will become vacant on or around May 2027.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.Successful candidates will be expected to workonsite5 days per week.
