Technical Analyst

What will you do?

• Provide technical assistance and support to capital markets clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Offer guidance and training to clients on new technologies and systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch support to clients
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals
• A strong desire to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends

Nice-to-have

• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Familiarity with financial industry applications and systems
• Certification in a relevant technical area, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a trading floor or financial institution
