What will you do?

  • Acquire,growanddeepen client relationships through delivery of value-added,tailoredfinancial advice to meettheirneeds

  • Proactivelycontact clients, gather insights through client discovery,understand their needs andchanging circumstancesand ongoing satisfaction with all of RBC

  • Planandprioritize client and market activities,findopportunitiesandmake introductions to RBC partners to fulfillclients’ business and personal financial needsto win as One RBC

  • Managerisk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures and developappropriate actionplans in response to concerns/risks

  • Champion digital enablementand bean advocate of RBC mobileand onlineapplications,enable our clients to engage with RBC through the channel of choice

  • Be on your client’s path,visityourclients on-site to gain a thoroughunderstanding oftheirbusinessobjectivesand operations, aspermitted

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Business developmentandclient acquisition andprospecting skills,including building andleveragingvaluableCentresofInfluence within the local business community 

  • Proventrack recordin exceptional client relationship management

  • Excellent communication, timemanagementand organizational skills 

  • English : Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

Nice-to-have

  • Credit skillsand knowledge, includingan understanding ofriskassessments,financial analyses, credit structuring/solutions,anddeal presentations

  • Completion ofthe Associate Account Manager training program,orhavepreviousexperience as a small business owner,orinsimilarfield

  • Good knowledge of a broad array of business and personalfinancial products and services
