What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of domain experts across various

service areas within Investor Services. You will be responsible for team

performance, career development, and strategic resource planning while also

providing analytics support and consultation on key strategic initiatives assigned by leadership. This is a critical leadership position that bridges individual

contributor excellence with organizational strategy. Assists and participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.

Analyzes and extracts key data and information to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.

What will you do?

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of domain experts across various Investor Services areas
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning
  • Provide analytics support and strategic consultation on key initiatives assigned by the Director
  • Lead complex, cross-functional analytical projects that require senior-level expertise
  • Work with business stakeholders to define strategic opportunities and deliver high-impact recommendations
  • Serve as primary liaison between the domain expert team and senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, methodologies, and efficiency
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to financial services

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience gathering requirements and analyzing custodial and/or financial data
  • Proficiency with PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Databricks, SQL, or Python
  • Familiarity with agile tools like Jira
  • Experience with Data Science concepts and tools
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
