Banking Advisor Intern

• Analyzes client banking needs to identify gaps, assess opportunities for products and services, and ensure comprehensive solutions.
• Educates clients on features and benefits of products, leveraging tools and resources to demonstrate concepts and provide financial knowledge.
• Executes banking transactions and administrative tasks, documenting client interactions accurately and maintaining adherence to service experience standards.
• Implements client follow up strategies, participates in branch initiatives, and identifies cross selling and referral opportunities to support acquisition and client relationship expansion.
• Executes advisor tasks within established guidelines, requiring minimal analysis or problem solving.
• Applies sound judgement to make decisions on assigned tasks, guided by established protocols and guidelines.
• Resolves routine advisor related problems by applying analytical skills and escalates non routine or complex issues when necessary.
• Develops and nurtures strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients, to achieve individual goals and contribute to team objectives.
