What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities Inc. (“RBC DS”) is Canada’s leading full-service investment and wealth management firm. We are committed to helping our clients build financial success through a personalized approach that draws on the full resources of RBC DS and RBC Capital Markets.
Our downtown Vancouver office is seeking a dedicated professional to join a successful and growing Private Client & Institutional Wealth Management team. This role spans client onboarding and servicing, RBC DS applications, business development support, and administrative coordination across internal and external partners. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to grow into more senior Associate roles within the team. The role may eventually be executing client portfolio trades and model maintenance while supporting Portfolio Managers with investment research, dashboard management, and client review preparation.
As a valued member of the team, you will be recognized and compensated for your contributions. Strong, clear communication with clients and colleagues is essential. Prior industry experience is an asset but not a requirement. This is an in-office role, with daily on-site presence required alongside the rest of the team.

Compensation for this position, including salary and discretionary/variable incentive payments, will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, and performance;individual goals; market conditions; and business needs.
The expected base salary range for this position is $35,000–$40,000.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
