What is the opportunity?
Support the VP in the day-to-day operations of the market by performing administrative tasks, including organizing andmanaging:correspondence, diary,reportsand market desk. Tasks are managed to enable VP to focus on effective sales leadership practices that drive theclientexperience and business goals.

You contribute to overall Retail performance within a geographic market by supporting your RVP achieve productivity, business growth goals including new client acquisition and enhancing our ability toacquireand deepen clientrelationships
Youare responsible formanaging the day-to-day operation of the marketofficeorganizing schedules and correspondence and ensuring operational effectiveness.
You Coordinate and administer all market requirements andmaintainappropriate recordsin managing the department including preparing and verifying expense claims and invoices, monthly audit reconciliation of travel and other expenses, supplies, telecommunications,equipmentand premisesrequirements
You are the face of RBC in the Market office, greeting clients and partners, responding to generalinquiriesand directing incoming communications asrequired
Manage andmaintaincalendars, coordinate meetings,conferencesand travel arrangements for the RVP.
Build agendas, coordinate speakers, manage/host Webex meetings, record meeting minutes and follows up on all meeting takeaways/next steps on behalf of theRVP
Coordinate Event Planning,i.e.Offsite sessions, communication sessions, Town Halls & Coffeechats
Act as the RVPs delegate for email and voicemail during absences, handling andforwardingissues,prioritizing forRVP’s action upon return.
Research and respond to routine inquiries and requests.
Prepare material needed for daily schedules and meetingbookings
Develop communications, meeting / conference materials, forms, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other record-keeping databases.

Threeyearsof relevantexperience
Proficient in software such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Fluencyinwrittencommunication.

Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
