CRMBusinessSystems Analyst

Position Summary

We areseekinga dynamic and technically proficient CRMBusinessSystems Analyst to support our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our CRM environment by connecting business needs with platform capabilities, collaborating across departments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the solution is scalable, efficient, and aligned with our long-term vision. This position is key to delivering a successful CRM transformation that enhances customer engagement and sales productivity

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead discovery and analysis efforts with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to fully understand existing CRM-related processes andidentifyimprovement areas. Your insights will inform how Salesforce is configured and rolled out.

Convert userinputsinto detailed functional and non-functional requirements and solution designs, specifying how Salesforce features—such as flows, automation, custom objects, and validations—shouldoperateto meet business goals.

Map out workflows and CRM journeys in formats that are clear and actionable for both technical teams and end-users. Utilize tools such asLucidchartor Visio to visualize key interactions like lead routing, opportunity stages, and customer onboarding.

Act as the internal lead working closely with Salesforce implementation partners or consultants. Track deliverables,monitorvendor timelines, and ensure partner output is aligned with business expectations.

Work alongside project teams toprepare forand execute data migration efforts,validatingfield mapping, and performing spot checks to confirm accuracy and completeness across key Salesforce records.

Collaborate in developing test scenarios and executing functional and UAT cycles. Help diagnose issues during testing and verify resolution of defects to ensure a stable rollout.

Develop instructional materials, organize practical training sessions, and serve as a knowledgeable resource during and after go-live.Monitor adoption trends and provide hands-on support as users begin working in the live environment.

Post-deployment, gather feedback and usage metrics, and coordinate with business units to evaluate enhancement requests. Recommend improvements that align with evolving business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Contributeto conversations around integration design between Salesforce and other systems such as ERP, email platforms, or customer support tools.

Ensure information flows are clean and traceable.

Keep a comprehensive record of requirements, decisions, process designs, test plans, and configuration outcomes. Providetimelyupdates to stakeholders and project leadsonprogress, roadblocks, and technical dependencies.

WhatWe’reLooking For

Experience & Backgroun

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, businessanalysisor related roles, with at least 3yearsworking directly on Salesforce CRM projects.

Hands-on exposure to Salesforce system implementation or migration, ideally within Sales Cloud or similar environments.

Prior involvement in data validation during CRM go-lives and collaboration with external service providers or consultants.

Education & Certifications

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a comparable field.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Business Analyst) are strongly preferred.

Additionalcredentials in project coordination (e.g., CAPM, Agile fundamentals, PMP) are an asset.

Technical Capabilities

Experience configuring Salesforce (e.g., Flows, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards).

Proficiencyin Excel for data review and cleanup tasks.

Familiarity with tools for mapping and documenting business processes (e.g.,Lucidchart, Visio).

Understanding ofintegration principles and experience working alongside middleware or API integration teams.

Soft Skills:

Proven ability to analyze business processes and align system solutions with operational goals.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to convey technical solutions to non-technical users.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable managing competing priorities in a project-based, fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across departments and external vendors.
