Salesforce Developer

We aren't just looking for someone to write code, we need a true platform owner who can merge Apex development with system administration to build the highest-performing sales and ops infrastructure in travel tech.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will own the Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end, from designing scalable solutions with Apex and LWC to the daily management of security and data integrity.

• Your role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working with Product and Engineering teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

• You will collaborate closely with the Agentforce team to coordinate deployment pipelines and automation, ensuring our tools don't just work, but actively propel the business forward.

• Using AI to proactively identify partner health signals and automate repetitive workflows is a natural part of the context you are walking into, moving the role from data compilation to strategic pattern recognition.

What You Bring

• You possess a rare dual expertise in both programmatic development and declarative administration, allowing you to always choose the most efficient tool for the job.

• You have a rigorous approach to governance and compliance, ensuring that security and data integrity are baked into every feature from the start.

• You are able to navigate complex, fast-paced environments, moving from troubleshooting technical incidents to writing clear technical documentation without missing a beat.

• You produce work that others on the team actually use, whether it is a tool, a template, or an AI-driven workflow that has measurably raised the floor for partner health and optimization.

• You hold both Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications, proving not just your knowledge, but your ability to apply platform best practices at scale.
