Are you ready to build and scale a high-growth Construction Project Management business at a national level? Pinchin is seeking a commercially driven, growth-minded Vice President, Construction Project Management to accelerate revenue growth, win new clients, and lead the national expansion of its Construction Project Management service line across Canada.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving national revenue growth, winning and expanding key client relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, scaling consistent service delivery, and leading high-performing teams to deliver profitable, sustainable growth aligned with Pinchin’s long-term growth objectives.
Construction Project Management is one of Pinchin’s highest-priority growth engines, with significant untapped market opportunity across Canada, supporting clients with complex projects that require disciplined execution, strong risk management, and consistent national delivery. This role will aggressively grow Pinchin’s market share in the construction sector by expanding the client base, cross-selling across Pinchin’s full range of services, deepening relationships with clients and partners, and scaling CPM into a core national revenue platform.

You are a collaborative leader who can align teams around shared priorities, build trusted relationships, and strengthen performance through clarity, accountability, and purpose.
This is a national leadership role with an entrepreneurial mandate and meaningful autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and full accountability for building, scaling, and leading Pinchin’s Construction Project Management platform across Canada. The successful candidate will shape market strategy, influence enterprise growth priorities, secure anchor clients, grow a high-value book of business, and play a visible role in Pinchin’s long-term leadership agenda.
