Pinchin is seeking a Project Technologist to join our Environmental Due Diligence team in the GTA. The role reports to the Operations Manager.
Role Overview
The Project Technologist, Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation (EDR), supports a wide range of environmental assessment and remediation projects related to property transactions, redevelopment, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with Project Managers and senior technical staff to deliver Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Excess Soil planning documents, support Record of Site Condition (RSC) and Certificate of Property Use (CPU) work and assist with remediation and monitoring programs across Ontario. The Project Technologist has the opportunity to collaborate closely with other business lines—including Risk Assessment, Building Science and Sustainability, and Geotechnical teams—to contribute to the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
