YOUR IMPACT
An exceptional opportunity has become available at OpenText for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house HR, Litigation, Ethics & Compliance legal team reporting to the VP & GC – Legal HR, Litigation, Ethics & Compliance. This strategic in-house counsel position is dedicated to supporting the organization’s legal needs with respect to global commercial litigation and software compliance while working with the broader legal and HR teams.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization and will be adept at connecting business strategy to legal work. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance to mitigate organizational risk. This role supports OpenText’s global business and therefore offers an opportunity for exposure to international litigation and compliance matters.
