Director IT Business Management
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a strategic and operational leader to strengthen how Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) plans, allocates and governs technology investment. The Director orchestrates EIT's integrated business-management rhythm, connecting strategy, annual planning, portfolio governance, financial performance and value realization to support timely, informed leadership decisions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Management & Delivery Enablement, the Director determines the delivery model for the emerging FinOps capability and serves as a trusted advisor to the CTIO and EIT Senior Leadership and a key partner to Finance and Procurement.

- Lead EIT's integrated portfolio and performance-management rhythm, connecting the annual business review with recurring portfolio reviews to assess priorities, investment, capacity, financial performance, delivery confidence, risks and value realization and to drive leadership decisions and follow-through.
- Drive technology financial stewardship through analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, cost optimization, investment governance and monthly performance review. Translate cost, consumption and portfolio insights into financial strategies and recommendations.
- Establish and govern the FinOps capability, including cloud cost allocation, show back and, where appropriate, chargeback practices, forecasting and variance analysis, product and service cost transparency, unit economics and cost-to-serve reporting.
- Work with Cloud, Engineering, Data and AI leaders to embed FinOps accountability into planning, architecture, delivery and operational decisions.
- Lead executive dashboards, value reporting and performance packages that connect technology spending and consumption to financial performance, operational outcomes, risks and realized business value.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on expenditure controls, acquisition and invoice management, vendor governance and commercial practices; lead supplier performance and benchmarking.
- Establish benefits-management and value-realization practices, facilitate governance forums, and champion adoption of TBM, ITFM and FinOps across EIT.
- Build strong relationships, provide constructive challenge and create an inclusive environment in which employees are coached, empowered and able to lead.
