Events Manager

AsanEventManageryouwillhave the opportunity to develop and mentor your own team,uphold standardsfor yourdepartmentandhave a direct impact on thesuccess of the location.Youwillworkdirectly withtalentedchefs,theGeneral Manager,Director ofEventsandrestaurant leaders as well as the hoteldivision.

THE ROLE:
To direct and controlevents inthefacilityat an excellent level whilemaintainingand abiding by all standards, policies and/or procedures set forth by our company
Providingleadership,training,and mentorship for our banquet team
Achieving sales targets
Identifyingskill and leadership potential in your crew and developing those exceptional individuals intohigherroles within our company
Eventexecutionand managing quality assurance
Managing clients and customer service, including event quotes, and accounts management
Event Inventory planningand labor control
Expert scheduling
Attending weekly EO meetingswith the Chef to ensureculinary excellence
